We use only the finest faux/synthetic mink lashes from South Korea (where lash extensions originated). Our adhesives are industry gold standard filtered medical grade, and are very fresh due to the number of lash clients we see every day. We source them directly from a KS certified manufacturer in South Korea that we have done business with for 4 years. We carry every curl, length, and diameter of lash allowing us to create whatever lash look you desire, from full natural to outrageously dramatic!

Please note that fills are for existing customers only, we do not fill lashes done elsewhere for aesthetic reasons and client satisfaction. No exceptions, sorry. If you need lash repair of a botched new set done at another Spa please book a new full set.

If you haven’t had a fill in the 5 weeks prior to your appointment, please book a new set appointment only.

What To Do Before Your Appointment

  • Do NOT wear eye makeup. Makeup close to the eye must be removed prior to the application process. Use a mild, oil free cleanser. Do not use oil based makeup removers.
  • Do NOT apply face creams or sunblock to the eye area. The oils in many moisturizers/sunblock prevent eyelash adhesives from properly adhering to your natural eyelashes, drastically reducing the longevity of your eyelash extensions.
  • Do NOT put on any mascara. Removing mascara takes a lot of time. We want to spend your time working on perfecting your lashes.
  • Shower prior to your appointment. Eliminating any unnecessary contact with water or steam within the first 24-48 hours will insure the bond between the extensions and your lashes has enough time to properly set.
  • Contact lenses must be removed before the application process. If you wear contact lenses, wear glasses instead to your appointment 01 bring a lens case and remove them when you arrive at your appointment.
  • We suggest that you bring your own music or audio book player. Please turn off your phone/ringtone during the procedure. Talking should be kept to a minimum because this procedure requires precision. This is truly a time to lay down and relax. Listen to your favorite audio or take a nap, and let the lash transformation begin.

How To Take Care Of Your Lash Extensions

Now that we have given you a beautiful set of eyelash extensions, it is up to you to maintain them. Please follow these guidelines to help keep them looking beautiful longer.

  • Be gentle with your new lashes. For the first 24 hours do NOT get them wet, do NOT touch them and do NOT rub them.
  • Avoid swimming, steam rooms, or hot saunas within the next 48 hours. Avoid extreme heat.
  • Avoid sleeping face down to prevent from sleeping on your lash extensions.
  • Do NOT use eyelash curlers. Do NOT perm or tint the extended lashes. This will break the bond between the extensions and your eyelashes.
  • Be very careful about how you remove your eye makeup. Use only non-oily, non-creamy cleansers/removers. When removing eye make up, gently go over the area and always sweep up and away from the lash extensions.
  • Do NOT use mascara. Mascara will dissolve the adhesive. If you absolutely must use mascara make sure it is not oil-based or waterproof, be sure it is water-based and do not apply it near the roots of your eyelashes.
  • Avoid rubbing your eyes. Do NOT rub your eyes too hard when cleaning your face. Avoid running water directly on your lashes.
  • Resist playing with or touching your lashes. The golden rule is: look, but don't touch. The less you touch them, the longer they will last.
  • Do NOT pull on any loose extensions, you'll risk pulling out your real eyelashes. Do NOT attempt to remove the lash extensions yourself. Let them fall off naturally or come back and have us remove them professionally with a special eyelash extension remover.
  • Do NOT use oil-based products (No oil-based eye makeup, makeup removers, moisturizers, cleansers, and sunscreen) on or near your lashes. Oil-based products will dissolve the eyelash adhesive, dramatically reducing the longevity of your eyelash extensions. Be oil-free.
  • Keep an eyelash comb handy to straighten up any loose/stray lashes. Comb them carefully and very gently only when needed. Avoid combining more than once a day.
