What is Ultimate Skin Tightening?
Our Ultimate Skin Tightening package is a new combination of treatments designed to restore a more youthful, lifted appearance to the face and neck. Ultimate Skin Tightening pairs the treatments of 1 Deep Pass of Ultherapy, 1 Shallow Pass of Ultherapy, and 2 Radiesse syringes to lift, smooth, and tighten skin. Ultimate Skin Tightening can also be performed on the abdomen to improve skin laxity caused by having children or major weight loss. Ultimate skin tightening can restore collagen and elastin production giving you tighter skin once again. This non-surgical skin tightening treatment can tighten loose skin all over your body.
How Does the Ultimate Skin Tightening Work?
Ultherapy Treatment
Our Ultimate Skin Tightening treatment protocol begins with Ultherapy, a non-invasive skin tightening treatment that uses micro-focused ultrasound energy delivered by a smooth treatment applicator over the skin’s surface. Ultrasound technology generates heat to stimulate new collagen production within the deep layers of the skin.
The collagen-building process tightens connective tissues and plumps the skin to improve the appearance of loose skin and wrinkling. This is a gradual process and patients can expect to see developing improvements over a few months after treatment as the collagen-building process continues.
Radiesse
In addition to the Ultherapy treatment, Radiesse can be added to your Ultimate Skin Tightening package to restore lost facial volume. Radiesse is an injectable filler comprised of tiny calcium-based microspheres (calcium hydroxylapatite) suspended in an aqueous gel carrier. When the dermal filler is injected strategically in the face, it provides an immediate increase in volume and continues to build further improvements by stimulating natural collagen production.
What do Treatments Feel Like?
As the ultrasound energy is delivered during Ultherapy treatments, patients may feel a sensation of heat, which can be resolved by applying a topical anesthetic cream just before treatment.
Radiesse injections are very tolerable with most patients feeling the pinch of the needle and some pressure when the product is injected. Aspire is proud to offer Pro-Nox, a self-administered nitrous oxide system, to alleviate any discomfort or anxiety associated with your Ultimate Skin Tightening treatment.
Ultimate Skin Tightening Results
After your combination skin tightening treatment, slight redness and swelling are common but will improve within a few days. The benefit of non-surgical treatment is that there is minimal recovery time. Patients will start seeing improvements within a few days and their natural youthful appearance will be restored within a few months. The results of Ultherapy and Radiesse last about two years.
